ITALIAN AMERICAN MUSEUM AND THE TASTE OF ITALY
Taste of Italy is a fundraiser to the Italian American Museum of Los Angeles (IAMLA)
Los Angeles(Perfect Meal Today)9/29/15/–Despite the fact that Italian food needs very little promoting, the TASTE OF ITALY taking place October 10th in downtown Los Angeles the Taste of Italy is a fundraiser to the Italian American Museum of Los Angeles (IAMLA), 35 restaurants will be featured and two Michelin Star chefs will be featured one local, and the other from Sicily.
The local star will be Gianfranco Minuz from the popular Santa Monica restaurant, Locanda Del Lago. Peppe Barone will be representing Fattoria delle Torri, allegedly the best restaurant in Sicily.
Some of the well known local restaurants to be participating include Valentino, Drago Centro, La Bruschetta, Il Fornaio and Celestino an over 100 world class Italian wines will be poured.
All of Italy’s twenty regions will be given prominence at the event, and let’s hope the little Known and underrated wines from Sicily get a chance to strut their stuff.
The museum where this event will take place is an evolving example of the Italian American Experience which even to this day is constantly changing. It features interactive exhibits and Educational programs, and the Italian Hall which dates back to 1908, is the oldest remaining structure from the historic Little Italy area.

Admission-$55 which includes 6 food tastings and 6 wine pairings.
VIP is $125 which includes 8 tastings and pairings, VIP bag and Red Carpet entrance.
