Restaurant Week runs from March 6 thru March 12. Chambord and chocolate dressed the beautiful, individually crafted berry tartlets, so deserving of the crystal chandelier shining down on them.\u00a0The animated mixologists who prepared specially designed cocktails to pair with their food did a great job entertaining those waiting to sample their concoctions.\u00a0Wines available for sampling included malbec, cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, and several more, if you were so inclined to sample them all.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_1401.jpeg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1126\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1126\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_1401-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"IMG_1401\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_1401-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/IMG_1401.jpeg 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the display that offered the most unique and fun-filled sampling was the nitrogen frozen strawberries. Barely perceptible in the photo below is the \u201cwhite smoke\u201d emanating from the frozen berry being held by the chef. What is not visible in the second picture below is the \u201cwhite smoke\u201d being breathed out by the young lady immediately after popping the frozen berry into her mouth.
