All this of course\u00a0complements their well documented meat selections, which are\u00a0brought to the table in an \u201call you can eat\u201d concept.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Fogo20de20ChaCC83o_Gauchos202.jpeg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1305\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1305\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Fogo20de20ChaCC83o_Gauchos202-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"fogo%20de%20cha%cc%83o_gauchos%202\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Fogo20de20ChaCC83o_Gauchos202-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Fogo20de20ChaCC83o_Gauchos202-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Fogo20de20ChaCC83o_Gauchos202-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Fogo20de20ChaCC83o_Gauchos202-700x467.jpeg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A large spacious restaurant with plenty of buzz and activity, the\u00a0Shrimp Cocktail comes on a large bed of ice and the six shrimp\u00a0can easily be shared and this is an excellent start to a meal here.<\/p>\n<p>Malagueta Sauce comes with the shrimp or you can also try the\u00a0Mango Chilean Sea Bass, which is a Brazilian take on a South\u00a0American classic that has been popular in Southern California for\u00a0decades.<\/p>\n<p>The Roasted Butternut Squash Salad is the latest addition to the\u00a0already overflowing salad bar that the restaurant has become famous\u00a0for. The squash is peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes and mixed with a\u00a0large selection of ingredients such as cinnamon, granulated garlic,\u00a0honey, kosher salt and pepper. After roasting, it is then chilled\u00a0for an hour before being put on display after being sprinkled with\u00a0dried cranberries and feta cheese.<\/p>\n<p>The Pear Endive Salad features a pear vinaigrette that smothers the salad\u00a0which is also topped off with strips of chopped bacon and blue cheese\u00a0crumbles and sprinkled with black pepper. However the restaurant is\u00a0really all about meat, and with sixteen different selections to choose\u00a0from it is really a carnivore\u2019s paradise, although both times I have been here\u00a0I have eaten a lot less meat than originally planned.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3.jpeg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1306\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1306\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"fogopicanha4x3\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3-700x525.jpeg 700w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/FogoPicanha4x3.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The meat is cooked in original Brazilian \u201cchurrasco style,\u201d which is\u00a0Cooking large cuts of meat over open flamed pits which preserves the\u00a0tender flavor of the meat. The temperature of the meats can be selected\u00a0so you can have it raw or undercooked if you like that style although\u00a0there is of course a disclaimer about that in the menu. Patrons control\u00a0the service with a small green and red sided chip. The green side tells\u00a0the gaucho servers to bring out more skewers of meat, while the red\u00a0side indicates \u201cno mas.\u201d However if you get puckish again you can\u00a0still switch back to the green side.<\/p>\n<p>The meats include FiletMignon, Rib Eye, Leg of Lamb, Pork Ribs and\u00a0more, meaning this is an excellent spot for entertaining out of town guests.\u00a0There are rival spots in town that are slightly cheaper, but Fogo has\u00a0established a solid reputation is a premier dining spot.<\/p>\n<p>All the cocktails here are Brazilian inspired and I just tried the \u2018Fogo\u00a0Premium Caipirinha, a sweet tasting drink with premium aged Cachaca,\u00a0fresh limes and sugar.
