Tommy Lee have turned up the summer heat at\u00a0800 Degrees Hollywood\u00a0by introducing a\u00a0New Look, and New Menu with Rotisserie Chicken, Cocktails and more\u00a0<\/strong>!!<\/p>\n Since 2012,\u00a0800 Degrees\u00a0has become known for its authentic Neapolitan-style pizza and chef-driven offerings, only serving top quality ingredients. While wanting to maintain that reputation, Carron and C.E.O Tommy Lee also wanted to bring something new to the menu, so they decided to\u00a0introduce\u00a0Rotisserie <\/strong>Chicken\u00a0at\u00a0800 Degrees Hollywood to allow their guests a bit more variety when dining at the restaurant, also paying homage to the longstanding tradition between pizza and rotisserie chicken in Naples, Italy.<\/p>\n Chef Carron explained his inspiration for adding rotisserie chicken to the menu from his travels back to Italy \u201cMy inspiration for adding rotisserie chicken to the\u00a0800 Degrees Hollywood\u00a0menu was driven by a visit to Isola d\u2019Ischia, an island off the coast of Naples, where I visited many rosticceria and pizzerias,\u201d.\u00a0 \u00a0\u201cAfter visiting many more pizzerias and delving into the history of cuisine in Naples, I noticed a connection between pizza, rotisserie chicken, and the use of that chicken on pizzas and salads<\/strong>. Executive Chef Carron further said he\u00a0couldn\u2019t wait to incorporate\u00a0his findings on\u00a0the\u00a0800 Degrees\u00a0Menu and is very excited to introduce Rotisserie Chicken\u00a0to the 800 Degrees Hollywood\u00a0location<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n Chef Carron and\u00a0800 Degrees Hollywood\u00a0have partnered with Palisades Ranch\u00a0to provide all-natural rotisserie chicken to guests at the Hollywood location.\u00a0 The Rotisserie Chicken\u00a0is available on the menu as a plate with two sides, or individually when purchased in whole. Plates come with the option of a\u00a0Quarter Chicken\u00a0($9.95),\u00a0Half Chicken\u00a0($14.95), and\u00a0Whole Chicken\u00a0($25.95), served with two sides and a choice of sauce. Guests can choose from a\u00a0Side\u00a0of Rotisserie Roasted Fingerling Potatoes,\u00a0Brussels Sprouts,Hummus,\u00a0Farm Greens, or\u00a0Quinoa Tabbouleh.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n All\u00a0800 Degrees\u00a0Sauces\u00a0are made in-house daily using fresh and local ingredients. Guests can pick from six different sauce options to accompany the\u00a0Rotisserie Chicken <\/strong>including a\u00a0Peruvian Jalapeno-Cilantro Sauce\u00a0reminiscent of a Peruvian “Aji” sauce made with jalape\u00f1os, cilantro, lime, mayo and garlic, producing spicy and cool flavors at the same time. The\u00a0800 Degrees Barbecue Sauce\u00a0is\u00a0a top-secret homemade <\/strong>version of the American classic, and the\u00a0TahiniSauce\u00a0is a classic Middle Eastern tradition made with tahini paste, garlic and olive oil.<\/p>\n The\u00a0Spicy Tomato\u00a0Sauce\u00a0features uncooked Roma tomatoes, blended with garlic, olive oil and Calabrian Chile, and the Calabrian Chile Aioli\u00a0includes\u00a0Italian chiles blended with herbs, spices and aioli. Lastly, the\u00a0Piri\u00a0Piri Sauce\u00a0is one of the most popular sauces for chicken around the world featuring a tangy blend of citrus, chiles, garlic, onion, herbs and olive oil.<\/p>\n Along with the new\u00a0Rotisserie Chicken, Carron and Lee also wanted to update the menu adding Grilled Artichoke appetizers<\/strong> ; special Feta cheese spread<\/strong>; and baked Salmon Salad ; <\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Also the look of the 800 Degrees Hollywood\u00a0location is an\u00a0entirely new guest experience that is warm and inviting,\u00a0 by adding all new lighting and warm brown leather booths and banquets with dark wood and marble top tables inside the restaurant. They expanded their patio multiple tables for two, and an outdoor bar <\/strong>all covered with umbrellas and canopy\u2019s so guests can enjoy dining at lunch or dinner outdoors comfortably.<\/p>\n Carron and Lee have also added a list of handcrafted\u00a0Classic Cocktails\u00a0<\/strong>the Mezcal Margarita <\/strong>and Old fashion whiskey to accompany the Wine\u00a0and\u00a0Beer\u00a0offerings,<\/p>\n Guests can stop by after work for a cocktail and a bite, or they can make800 Degrees Hollywood\u00a0their evening dining destination offering a little something for everyone.
