SOMETHING FOR EVERYBODY AT NEW FUN LOCATION<\/p>\n

Los Angeles (Perfect Meal Today) 9\/30\/17\/–The new Buffalo Wild Wings that opened in Koreatown the end of August is the fourth of its kind in the Los Angeles area but actually the smallest with 228 seats. A visit there last week seemed like a good idea, and for those of you familiar with the concept here you know why the brand continues to be popular. What they have is a varied and extensive food and drinks menu, friendly staff and a multitude of screens to watch live sports round the clock, and not just the obvious American ones but soccer and tennis as well.<\/p>\n

That means a total of 62 television scts and projection screens, And an acoustics system specially designed so that families and Couples can dine in peace without being blasted. Owners of the franchise are Karim Webb and Ed Barnett who also own the ones in Baldwin Hills, Torrance and Carson. They must have some kind of NBA connection since Trevor Ariza of the Houston Rockets was the guest at the soft opening of the restaurant.<\/p>\n

So here are a few things you might want to try as you troll through the massive menu. Fried Pickles are crunchy dill pickles (8.29), cornmeal breaded, fried and served with ranch dressing. Hell they are only 900 calories and even better are the tiny Mini Corn Dogs (7.99) wrapped in sweet cornmeal and served with Bourbon Honey Mustard. Both these dishes are perfect for sharing, or you might want to go for the House Sampler (15.49), a combination of nachos, onion rings, gooey mozzarella sticks, and boneless wings. Portions here are large and none more than the classic Chips and Salsa (5.29) with warm and fresh tortilla chips.<\/p>\n

However, what most people come here for are the Wings which are fresh and not frozen, and come in various sizes are either boneless or traditional. The boneless are lightly breaded, and the traditional are authentic New York style wings. The ones I tried that night were pretty plump and meaty and there is a very impressive list of about 15 sauces to choose from. I tried the Asian Zing since I am into soy and ginger a lot, but if you really like heat then go for the Blazin\u2019m which features the notorious and unrelenting ghost pepper.<\/p>\n

Talking of ginger, you have to try the Ginger Lemonade (3.99), one of three handcrafted lemonades on the menu. There are Chicken Tenders on the menu along with some really Appealing salads, and lets not forget about the burgers which include the signature \u201cBuffalo Blue Burger\u201d which is topped w\/medium sauce and a hearty allocation of blue cheese dressing and crumbles.<\/p>\n

Moving on to the Wraps and Sandwiches, regulars love the \u201cGrilled Chicken Buffalitos\u201d where two not one soft flour tortillas are loaded up with grilled chicken, lettuce, cheeses, sour cream and sauces. I must talk briefly about the drinks menu which is also extensive Starting out with the classic and hand-shaken margaritas which are served tableside. There are cocktails called Premium Pours with maybe four or five well known brands to choose from for each type of liquor.<\/p>\n

I was impressed with the Bourbon section which included the excellent Bulleit Rye, now only if they would expand the cognac section. I tried the Mudslide from their new frozen classics, a nice contrast to the hot spicy wings and other goodies sampled that night.<\/p>\n
