beverage professionals\u00a0 representing LA\u2019s top rated restaurants will provide world class cuisine in the track\u2019s newly renovated and luxurious Chandelier Room, beginning opening day and Day Two, Saturday, Dec. 27.\u00a0 Courtesy of Sprout LA, this dynamic group of talented chefs and bartenders, from top restaurants such as Republique and Bestia, will demonstrate their cutting edge abilities throughout the New Year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are excited to be able to host an amazing food, wine and cocktail experience at Santa Anita,\u201d said Los Angeles-based master chef, Rory Herrmann.\u00a0 \u201cThe Chandelier Room is the perfect setting for this, with its history and now with its newly renovated luxurious, open and welcoming aura.\u00a0 We are truly honored to be in a
