The atmosphere is dark but not pitch\u00a0Black and if you have halfway decent eyes you should be able to squint at the menu\u00a0But probably best to take a mini flashlight.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-18.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-446\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-18.jpeg\" alt=\"unnamed-18\" width=\"178\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-18.jpeg 178w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-18-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 178px) 100vw, 178px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Drinks wise the range is not as extensive as Ortega, but I did try the Classic Cup, an\u00a0enjoyable concoction of Pimms #1, homemade lemonade, ginger ale, cucumber,\u00a0orange and mint. Good news is that most of the specialty cocktails are in the $7 to\u00a0$8 range. The beer list is limited however with just Coors Light, Sculpin IPA and\u00a0Town Lucky Duck Agave Blonde on draft, and about a dozen bottled beers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-3.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-447\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-3.jpeg\" alt=\"unnamed-3\" width=\"178\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-3.jpeg 178w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-3-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 178px) 100vw, 178px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The wine list is also fairly basic as well with the best options in the whites being the Villa\u00a0Maria Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand at a steal of $26 for the bottle or $7 for the\u00a0glass. If you prefer red then best bet is the Kenwood Pinot Noir at the same price. If\u00a0you want to splurge a bit then the Joseph Phelps Fogdog Cabernet must be the best\u00a0option at $58 for the bottle and $15 a glass.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-15.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-448\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-15.jpeg\" alt=\"unnamed-15\" width=\"178\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-15.jpeg 178w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-15-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 178px) 100vw, 178px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When it comes to the food the Charcuterie is ridiculous value at $13.75 with smoked\u00a0and cured meats along with breads, cheeses and the house made pate. I also liked\u00a0the Rosemary Roasted Cauliflower and Brussel Sprouts ($7.50) with a garlic aioli.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-25.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-449\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-25.jpeg\" alt=\"unnamed-25\" width=\"178\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-25.jpeg 178w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-25-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 178px) 100vw, 178px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I also loved the Maple Cajun Spiced Chicken which I believe you can order by itself\u00a0or with a waffle, and creamed corn along with collards and kale ($13.75). Best dish\u00a0of the night however was the Sterling Silver Double Cut Pork Chop ($16.50) which\u00a0is creatively served with collards and kale and a Sage &amp; Bacon sweet potato mash.<\/p>\n<p>Throw in the Makers Mark peach chutney and you could easily be in Little Rock.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/unnamed-142.jpeg\"><img 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 178px) 100vw, 178px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also you might want to try the dish strangely known as \u2018Chrissy\u2019s Night Off\u2019 which\u00a0Is really Braised Bone in Short Rib with twice cooked pee wee potato and thumbnail\u00a0carrots ($19.50).Most of the food is secured from the local Torrance Farmers Market\u00a0by the way<\/p>\n<p>The name of the restaurant pays homage to a classic Steely Dan song but is also named\u00a0after the owners son who by all accounts is a local ice hockey star even at ten years old\u00a0who wears the #19 jersey.<\/p>\n<p><a
