The burgeoning and thriving aerospace and military industries were the fuel that made this restaurant the go-to place for so many years. Among the casualties were Mr. Stox Restaurant in Anaheim and the wonderful French restaurant, Vie En Rose in Brea. With the declining economy, restaurant goers shifted their focus and preferences to the more relaxed, yet upscale restaurants that offered more favorable pricing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/imgres-7.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-626\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/imgres-7.jpeg\" alt=\"imgres-7\" width=\"203\" height=\"248\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alas, out of the ashes possibly beams a ray of hope, and even opportunity.<\/p>\n<p>Rumor has it that previous restaurant operator\/owner Pascal Olhats who recently closed Brasserie Pascal (previously Caf\u00e9 Rouge, French 75, and Bistro 75) in Fashion Island, Newport Beach, is looking for a new venture.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/unnamed-51.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-628\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/unnamed-51-300x207.jpeg\" alt=\"unnamed-5\" width=\"300\" height=\"207\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/unnamed-51-300x207.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/unnamed-51-1024x706.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/unnamed-51.jpeg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The French farmhouse\/chateau building just vacated by Nieuport 17 seems a perfect new home for a top-notch French restaurant with owner name recognition.<\/p>\n<p>A new venture by Pascal? Or, possibly Thomas Keller of the French Laundry?
