The event will be held October 2-4\u00a0at the Newport Beach Civic Center, an excellent venue with plenty of free parking\u00a0across the street, and the weather is a near certainty to behave at that time of year.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/new.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-777\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/new-300x223.png\" alt=\"new\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/new-300x223.png 300w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/new.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The event kicks off however on the Friday night at the Oak Grill &amp; Aqua Lounge\u00a0for a charity event with ticket prices going for $125. There is a cocktail party\u00a0starting at 6.30 pm, live music and a seasonal menu prepared right in front\u00a0of you by executive chef Marc Johnson on the outdoor grill. Sunday at 11 am will also be\u00a0be the Riedel Glass Seminar and Tasting ($75), where guests will sip wines from\u00a0different styles of Riedel Wine Glasses. At the end of this event, attendees will take home\u00a0a 3 piece Veritas tasting set of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Pinot Noir wine glasses.<\/p>\n<p>To refresh your memory about the chef\u2019s, Bayless went head to head with Keller and\u00a0Moonen to win the first Top Chef Master Title on Bravo in 2009. The chefs will mingle\u00a0after their demonstrations for book signings.
