The menu features potato latkes with smoked trout, braised pork belly and grits, caramelized black cod with salted apricot and opera terrine with golden stracciatella.<\/p>\n<p>The evening begins in the historic Queen&#8217;s Salon with welcome cocktails, hors d&#8217;oeuvres and culminates with cigars, dessert and the awarding of a cash prize to the winning mixologist. Professional bartenders are encouraged to apply for a chance to be selected for the Mixology Dinner and win $2,000 in cash.
