As for the food, start out with the Pork Belly w\/ a Parmesan\u00a0Creamy Polenta ($16.50) nicely touched off with a dried cherry brandy sauce which\u00a0will kick start a meal here. All the appetizers come in shareable small plate\u00a0size portions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-15.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-962\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-15.jpeg\" alt=\"imgres-15\" width=\"224\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-15.jpeg 224w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-15-150x150.jpeg 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 224px) 100vw, 224px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Other starters to consider would be the Filet Mignon Risotto ($17.50) w\/Oyster mushrooms,\u00a0Chianti Au Jus and White Truffle Oil. The chef assured us that this is as good as any\u00a0Risotto you will find around town, and based on his other dishes I tend to believe him.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/9T2RjSVb7feFgXlf-mZ_zP8gqcWlXxQMb8lQ5pByGjU.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-975\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/9T2RjSVb7feFgXlf-mZ_zP8gqcWlXxQMb8lQ5pByGjU-300x225.jpeg\" alt=\"9T2RjSVb7feFgXlf-mZ_zP8gqcWlXxQMb8lQ5pByGjU\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/9T2RjSVb7feFgXlf-mZ_zP8gqcWlXxQMb8lQ5pByGjU-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/9T2RjSVb7feFgXlf-mZ_zP8gqcWlXxQMb8lQ5pByGjU-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/9T2RjSVb7feFgXlf-mZ_zP8gqcWlXxQMb8lQ5pByGjU.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Also check out the Ahi Sashimi Salad ($12.50), one of their top sellers w\/Daikon Sprouts,\u00a0Toasted Sesame Seeds, Crispy Wonton all nicely soaked in Wasabi Vinaigrette.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-16.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-963\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-16.jpeg\" alt=\"imgres-16\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Next up came the delectable Miso Black Cod ($26) which like all the starters can be\u00a0easily shared. The cod is fresh and wild caught, and like all of Cooper\u2019s dishes, the\u00a0sides are always interesting. In this case he served the cod w\/Ginger-Beurre Blanc,\u00a0Jasmine Rice, Cucumber Salad all in a wet soy sizzle. Both sound great as do the flatbreads and pizza\u00a0offerings that are perfect for the movie goers who come to Jackson\u2019s who need\u00a0food to eat in less than an hour before the movie. Cooper admitted that it has become\u00a0somewhat of a challenge serving faster style food as opposed to a more lengthy\u00a0fine dining experience, but he has adapted the kitchen to cope well.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-20.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-967\" src=\"http:\/\/perfectmealtoday.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/imgres-20.jpeg\" alt=\"imgres-20\" width=\"194\" height=\"260\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The meal ended with a superb blueberry pie with ice cream that was of course up to the same\u00a0Standards, and a quick word here about the drinks menu, which deserves a whole separate\u00a0article.
